Estoppel Request

The CDD charges $75 per estoppel request and payment must be made by check or money order and received with form. One request and check per form is required. Information will be provided within five (5) business days from receipt of form and payment. All information will be provided in writing and may not be given by phone.

Under Florida Law, if you elect to correspond with the Community Development District via e-mail, your email address becomes public record. If you do not want your e-mail to become part of the public record, available for public record requests, then do not send e-mail to this entity. Instead you may contact this office by phone or other written request format.
